As we approach the 35th anniversary of David Lynch's Eraserhead (1977) world premiere held in New York City, we celebrate the cause for writing this article series, which is in support of celebrating this milestone in David Lynch's career. It's the reason for my site's title: 35 Years of David Lynch. To celebrate this momentous occasion, each day leading up the anniversary I will release one still image from every film and TV episode directed by David Lynch throughout his career. I will also embed one of my favorite David Lynch interviews or documentaries along with each still.
Today's still is from the first and only large-scale blockbuster film created by David Lynch, Dune (1984). Above we present: Dune David Lynch Interviews. Synopsis: A playlist featuring several informative and insightful interviews with David Lynch about the process of bringing the popular science fiction novel Dune (1965) to the big screen.
Note: Any purchase made via our web store or product links scattered throughout the article will contribute a small portion to the running of this site. Thank you for your support.
